GENERAL FAQs

We offer free shipping for any orders over the value of R2500. We charge a flat rate of R130 for orders less then R2500.
We accept the following : Credit Card - payments from Mastercard and VISA, Instant EFT and Payflex.
Yes. You will receive a Tax Invoice with your order. You can provide your Company Details and VAT number before checkout and we will include it on your Tax Invoice.
Yes. We do not sell products on this website unless they are physically in stock at one of our branches. We display the available quantity on the site for your convenience. If we do not physically have the product in our warehouse, it will be displayed as "out of stock".
Yes. You may return a product to us if: The product is defective, missing certain parts, damaged during transit or if the product you receive is different to that advertised on the website. You can refer to our comprehensive Returns Policy for more information.
Yes. All our products have a manufacturers warranty (specific to each brand). We are Authorised Warranty Agents for all the brands we sell.

We have 3 CIB branches in :

We also have a network of Authorised Dealers across Southern Africa. You can go to our showrooms or a dealer nearest to you. Not all products are stocked in every showroom or dealer, but all products can be ordered for you.

Yes. We stock over 6000 spare parts for DEWALT and FERM products. First of all, please check the item model number , then call us on 011 434 1170 and we can help you identify the spare part.

Delivery FAQs

It will typically take 1 - 3 business days for orders to be delivered to you. If you place your order before 3pm during weekdays, we will dispatch your order on the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the following work day. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
We deliver to all major centres and outlying areas in South Africa. We may not be able to deliver to you, if you are in a remote location where courier companies do not deliver, such as a remote farm, small holding, informal settlement or other remote area.
We do not ship online orders to customers outside of the borders of South Africa. you can contact us via email if you wish to buy any products displayed on this website. Please note that our standard returns policy does not apply for export orders.
We use the The Courier Guy. They have built a strong reputation and are trusted, recognized and reliable.
Yes. You will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email once your order is shipped. You will also receive delivery updates via email and SMS directly from The Courier Guy.
Your order will be delivered between 8am and 5pm on weekdays. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel when it arrives.

Click & Collect FAQs

Yes, you can order for both collection and delivery in the same order. Payment will be taken for the whole order and the flat rate delivery fee will be based on the entire basket total.
No. We do not charge any fee for collection of any orders.
If all the items are in stock at your selected collection point, you can collect in 30 minutes. (After we call you to confirm your collection) If all the items are not in stock at your selected collection point, it will take 2 working days.
Yes. We will call you to confirm that the order is ready to be collected.
Bring your order number and a form of identification, such as your ID or drivers license.
If you don't collect your order, after 21 days the items will be put back to stock. After this time, please contact us to either arrange collection or a full refund.
